New Surry Theatre Turns 40!

40 years!We are delighted to be celebrating our 40th year of theater, a milestone we could not have reached without the extraordinary support of our community. As a thank you, we are committed to delivering an especially exceptional year of theater and numerous opportunities for anyone who is interested to get involved. Whether you have always wanted to take a class through the school, be a part of a play on stage or behind, or work on the production end of things, there is a place for you in New Surry Theatre! We are always looking for new volunteers, and anyone interested in getting involved.

Summer Camp

We will once again offer a summer camp from July 9-13 for ages 7 and up, which will gear towards our summer production of Oliver (although it is not required that campers participate in the show).

As always, we offer a full season of quality productions. All three of the upcoming shows, beginning with The Man of La Mancha, were each performed at least once by NST in the past 40 years. We will be celebrating our 40th at each show with photos and other memorabilia from past NST productions of the show, and we invite you to take part in these special celebrations.

New Surry Theatre is honored to have been named “Nonprofit of the Year” by the Blue Hill Peninsula Chamber of Commerce! What a wonderful 40th birthday present; we feel blessed to be part of such an incredible community.
